Talentnet Academy reserves the right to refuse your access, or remove any contents provided by you, update, information, comment, presentation, etc… on this Website if there is offensive content influencing the traditions and customs, information that offends organizations and individuals, affects national security, and other contents that violate Vietnamese laws and regulations.

Forum Regulations

Members must access and use the TALENTNET ACADEMY Forum (“the Forum”) in accordance with the user guidelines provided or made available by Talentnet Academy from time to time.

The Forum is designed for TALENTNET ACADEMY Members (“Members”) to express their views and opinions on specific topics related to HR and Human Resource Management. All thoughts and opinions expressed on the Forum are those of the participating members. Talentnet Academy assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information, or any views and opinions posted by members on the Forum.

Furthermore, the views and opinions expressed by members do not constitute professional expert advice. Should Members have any queries or require professional advice regarding any materials appearing on the Forum, they should seek consultation from qualified experts.

All private messages are intended solely for the recipient and must not be made public on the Forum without prior review and approval from Talentnet Academy or the Moderator/Administrator.

Talentnet Academy reserves the right to move, lock threads, and manage the general information structure on the Forum as it deems appropriate.

Members are not permitted to request information from other members for research, academic, or publication purposes without prior permission from the Website Administration.

Members are prohibited from posting any information on the Forum using multiple accounts.

The Report function, Contact Moderator/Administrator function, and Customer Service are the designated channels for Members to report or discuss objectionable behaviors of other members. Any public exchanges of an offensive nature regarding a member’s behavior on the Forum will be promptly removed.

User-generated content

1. About data, text, email, file, name, portrait, logo, artwork, graphics, images, video, audio, HTML (or website design codes), image maps, Application software and other content, materials uploaded, or transmitted from you or your representatives

    • Relevance, installation, configuration, posting, download, use, operation, dissemination, accuracy, and legality of User-Generated Content. Talentnet Academy does not monitor, install, configure, download, review, authorize, modify, or replace any ‘User-Generated Content’. 
    • Backup of User-Generated Content and any other data or files, unless otherwise approved by Talentnet Academy. 

    2. You authorize and agree that Talentnet Academy is allowed to copy, reproduce, communicate, distribute, perform, and post User-Generated Content to provide the Forum, websites and services related to you.

    3. You guarantee that the User-Generated Content and your use of content within the Forum:

    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force. Do not use obscene, vulgar language, inappropriate for children, violence, falsehood, lies, slander, misrepresentation, dishonesty, or defamation of honor. 
    • Do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity. 
    • Do not include pornography, nudity, sexual content, or any other form of sexual business. 
    • Do not harm Talentnet Academy servers or other servers on the Internet. 
    • Do not contain any advertisement or promotional material for commercial purposes or to achieve personal financial goals. 
    • Do not advertise used products or search for the sale of used products from other Members. 
    • Do not include materials or sources related to hacking, viruses, non-governmental, or promoting or engaging with the intent to harm websites on the Internet or Internet service providers. 
    • Do not prejudice to the dignity, honor, prestige of individuals, other Members in the forum or of the Talentnet Academy, whether indirect or direct.

      4. Talentnet Academy may remove, modify, replace or deny access to any User-Generated Content without prior notice at its sole discretion if:

      (1) Where it is required to comply with any applicable laws, or any order, judgment of a court, or any statutory or other competent authority (including any “Written Notice”) issued pursuant to the Broadcasting Services Act.

      (2) In Talentnet Academy’s sole discretion, any user-generated content that violates the aforementioned regulations, causes disruption, or is potentially objectionable (including but not limited to content promoting services or platforms that compete with Talentnet Academy or its offerings) may be subject to removal or other corrective action.

      Voluntary ideas 

      1. Talentnet Academy welcomes your comments and is ready to answer your questions. However, Talentnet Academy does not seek and accept any ideas, suggestions, or materials you provide relating to the development, design, production, and marketing of Talentnet Academy products. By adhering to this policy, Talentnet Academy hopes to avoid future misunderstandings among Community Members about services and ideas developed by Talentnet Academy employees.
      2. Only when you become a Talentnet Academy employee, otherwise the documents provided at the site will not constitute or be considered part of or all the employment contracts.

      Limitation of Liability, Jurisdiction, and Indemnity

      • Talentnet Academy does not guarantee that your access to this Website will be uninterrupted, or without errors, or that those errors will be fixed, or that the website, and servers will be free from viruses, from computers or other harmful data.

      A Member may access and modify their personal information held by Talentnet Academy, as required by Talentnet Academy or in accordance with applicable laws.

      If any provision, term, or condition of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise incapable of being performed, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way.
      These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Talentnet Academy with respect to the subject matter herein.

      Guarantee and liability limitations

      1. Talentnet Academy ensures the highest quality of operations to ensure the accessibility and continuity of services and products provided in accordance with the purpose of use of Talentnet Academy. However, long-distance data transmission does not guarantee 100% security, continuity, and accessibility of the services provided.
      2. Talentnet Academy does not guarantee the compatibility of the services and products provided with other manufacturer’s software (Facebook and some others). The user is responsible for the choice and consequences after using other software including its application to the user’s purpose.
      3. Talentnet Academy will not be held liable for:
      • All damages arising due to force majeure events.
      • Illegal and unsuitable for user terms and conditions of using the offered services and products.
      • Disability disorders of the products and services provided are not caused by the Talentnet Academy.
      • Damage occurred by the user arising from the user’s suspension or discontinuation of use or for other reasons arising from the user’s error.
      • Users suffer from damage by third parties using their data to gain access to the services and products provided.
      • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the provided products and services include actual damage suffered, expected loss of benefits, data loss, computer damage or accident, expenses device and software replacement fee, closed;
      • Consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of obligations performed by other users even though such obligations were fulfilled by using the products and services provided.

      Dispute provisions

      1. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in good faith through negotiation and conciliation.
      2. If such disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court located at Talentnet Academy’s registered headquarters.
      3. Matters relating to copyright and related rights, as well as electronic services not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws.
